Discover the unique character of ACMÉ Gin, an exceptional creation whose singularity lies in its unique recipe.
The key element that distinguishes ACMÉ Gin is the use of fir buds carefully selected for their quality and taste potential. These buds, picked by hand in the majestic French mountains, bring true originality to the design of this new premium gin made in France.
Combined with an expert selection of 11 aromatic plants, these wild buds form the aromatic signature of ACMÉ Gin, offering an experience that is both complex and delicate, intense and refreshing.
This exceptional French gin is distilled in a traditional copper still located in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales, in Thuir. This ancestral distillation method, in a site steeped in 200 years of history, allows us to enhance the aromatic complexity of the 12 plants that make up ACMÉ Gin.
Before reaching this crucial distillation stage, the 12 aromatic plants, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, wormwood, gentian roots, lemon thyme, orris roots, licorice, green anise, angelica and sweet orange peels, as well as pine and fir buds, ACMÉ Gin's aromatic signature, are carefully infused for approximately 15 hours. This method allows them to reveal the quintessence of their aromas.
Explore the uniqueness and excellence of ACMÉ Gin, a sensory experience of rare intensity that reinvents the art of French gin.
